Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Centum (“Centum”, the “service”), operated by Nexulo Designs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Centum.
What Centum is (and isn't)
Centum is a self-service tool for logging supervised client hours and tracking progress toward a training target. It is a record-keeping aid only. It is not professional, clinical, medical, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for supervision or your own records. You are responsible for confirming that the hours you log meet the requirements of your awarding body, training provider, and supervisor.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Centum.
Your responsibilities for the data you enter
- Only enter information you are permitted to, and record clients using initials, codes, or pseudonyms rather than identifying details.
- Comply with the confidentiality and data-protection obligations of your professional body, supervisor, and applicable law.
- Do not use Centum for any unlawful purpose, or to store data you have no right to store.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Centum available and reliable, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be available. Keep your own backups of anything important (you can export your data at any time in Settings).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centum and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Centum from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms or applicable law, including claims relating to the data you choose to enter.
Termination
You may stop using Centum and delete your data at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
